Some times you wish someone was THERE with you while you work.

Not to necessarily to help or anything, just to share the same space so you aren’t alone.

Everyone doesn’t have a support system that will sit up with them while they work, study, or learn.

So I am hosting work sessions because I genuinely want to help y’all be great.

Do you have questions or concerns about a product or service that you recently purchased?

If you would like “FASTER” results it’s a good idea to include all your information in the first initial email.

Look at the picture attached.

When Brenda receives this email from Sam she will be able to respond with the information Sam is requesting.

This will require very little back and forth for Brenda and Sam.

Look at the other email 🤦🏾‍♀️

Brenda has no clue who this customer is and will be unable to provide the requested information in a “timely” manner.

Brenda could run the email address this message was sent from to see if they are in the system but if they aren’t then Brenda will have to email this mystery customer back requesting the info needed to track their order.

Then have to wait for them to respond back.

Then search for the order and respond with the information requested.

All this back and forth could have been prevented.
